Dear Parent volunteers,
The Grade 3/4 classes are studying Rocks and Minerals and will be doing an experiment that requires the use of a stove and oven. We are looking for parents to volunteer on February 20th and 22nd (approximately 4 volunteers each day) for either a half-day (9:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00) or a full day. If you are available to volunteer on either or both of these days, please let us know what day and morning or afternoon you can help out.
In order to complete this experiment we are looking for donations of crayons (new or used) and aluminum foil to help us recreate igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary replicas.
