Social Studies/Art :
Artwork will be displayed at the Calgary International Children Festival
Kidsfest is pleased to host a casual, drop-in reception for our students and families directly involved in the student art exhibition taking place at the festival this year. It would be nice opportunity for kids to have the chance to view the art after it is installed and before the Kidsfest begins.
Our classes artwork will be displayed outside of the Arts Common and is viewable throughout the festival on May 23-26, 2018.
Reader Rock Garden field trip:
Please ask your child about the field trip and what did they learn about William Reader and the Reader Rock Garden.
Math:
Students continued to explore fractions. Please ask your child about fractions and how to show fractions in many ways.
